How are member dues calculated?
From each member's join date, using their assigned plan's price and billing cycle. Completed cycles, the current in-progress cycle, and any extra charges are added together, then payments already received are subtracted — automatically, every time.
Can I control what my staff can see and do?
Yes. Each staff member is assigned to specific libraries with individual permission toggles — members, payments, books, staff management, or subscription access — so you decide exactly what they can touch.
Is my members' data secure?
Your data is stored using Google Firebase's infrastructure, with access restricted to your account and any staff you've explicitly authorized. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens if my subscription payment fails?
We automatically retry the payment a few times, and you'll see a warning in your dashboard during that window. If every retry fails, access is paused until you update your payment method — none of your data is ever deleted.
Can I manage more than one library?
Yes — switch between multiple libraries from the same account, each with its own seats, membership plans, staff, and financial records.
